‘Manas’ is a comprehensive multidisciplinary wellness clinic. We have highly experienced and empathetic psychologists who can deal with issues related to child, adolescent, adjustments, marital, relationship, stress, work life balance, and academics etc. we also provides training and other programs that are perfect to suit personal needs.
We want to provide the finest service possible for all our clients. We also want to ensure that we are utilizing our therapist’s time in the most efficient and effective way possible. Our Counsellors services are highly requested. Therefore, there are often clients on a waiting / cancellation list who really want our help. By providing proper notice of cancellation you are allowing those clients the opportunity to receive the help they need. You are also ensuring that you are not charged for a missed session that you will not benefit from.
When you need to reschedule any appointment, please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be expected to pay your full fee, we will refund 50% of your fee to your account in a week days from the cancellation day.
When you provide less than 24 hours’ notice, We will cancel the appointment and refund the 50% of your fee. Cancelling your appointment within 4 hours of your session time is considered for reschedule but no refund.
Your payment security is very important to us. All transactions on this website are processed using Rozarpay, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. If your transaction is failed due to some technical problem you money will be refunded within a week days. Please keep your transaction id with you for the future reference, our representative will help you if you need.
